Founded in 2014, Perth Poker League (PPL) has grown from a small poker community into one of Perth's largest poker leagues. Since then, PPL has expanded to operating 7 days a week across 9 venues offering cash poker, dealer dealt tournaments and player dealt tournaments which help raise vital funds for local community Not-for-Profits.

Under the new leadership of Eddie and Lars, who took the reins in October 2023, PPL continues to expand, delivering professional poker and providing the best tournament structures in Perth. PPL is proud to provide regular dealer dealt poker tournaments alongside PPL's player dealt tournaments, giving players more options to experience the thrill of live poker. 

PPL's commitment to poker excellence is reflected in the opportunities we create for players to compete on a global stage. PPL's very own 'Team PPL' have competed in major poker tournaments worldwide, from Las Vegas to Atlanta and Manila. Most recently, a 'Team PPL' player participated in the APL Million Main Event in Queensland and placed a commendable 56th in a field of 3,240, earning nearly $7,000 from a $120 PPL tournament. PPL also hosts seasonal grand finals for dealer dealt and player dealt tournaments - these are exciting multi-day tournaments with prizepools of up to $50,000.
